During his 30+ year career, Dan has been routinely recognized as one of the top commercial real estate professionals in the Washington DC Metropolitan area completing a wide range of leasing, investment sales, and consulting assignments involving office and industrial, data centers, life science/healthcare and land development uses with a cumulative value in excess of $4B.

Prior to joining Stewart, Dan founded and successfully managed Appian Realty Advisors which was acquired by Avison Young in 2010 becoming the foundation for its Washington DC office where Dan served as a Principal until 2022.
